6. Fatigue Associated With Lack of Energy

Fatigue is one of the signs of arthritis that you should take into account, especially when it is associated with loss of energy when performing the most routine tasks of daily life. In some people, it can be mild, with few episodes of pain, and last a short time, while in others, it can be more severe, generate several crises (with a lot of pain) and last for years or a lifetime with joint impairment.

7. Greater Morning Joint Stiffness

Many people have morning stiffness when they wake up since they are practically unable to move without releasing pain. Many of them believe that joint stiffness is the result of the tiredness or the agitation of the previous day, while others say it is a natural part of the aging process. But, it may be none of those. In fact, this is one of the most obvious symptoms that indicate that it is time for you to act. The feeling of rust on the body and numbness and tingling in legs causes the joints to become stuck and cling, which makes it difficult for the body to move – you will have a feeling of movement arrest, such as when you get out of bed, for example. Sometimes you will not be able to bend or straighten your limbs or your back, and you may look like an elderly person even if you are only 20 or 30 years old. There are numerous physical exercises and physiotherapy sessions that can be used as arthritis treatment to help you have a better quality of life. Do not let yourself get to this point and fight arthritis pain as soon as possible.

8. Dry Eyes and Mouth

Please note that eye problems are also symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis. So, if you notice that the surface of your eye is inflamed or slightly warm and flushed (redness or initial irritation), it is a sign that you may be developing some rheumatic condition. It is also noteworthy that rheumatoid arthritis may be associated with another disease known as Sjögren’s syndrome, characterized by inflammation of the gland producing tears, saliva, or digestive juices, causing dryness of the skin, mouth, eyes, among other organs. Chest pains are also very associated with early signs of arthritis and can mean that other organs in the body may be inflamed, such as the lungs or heart.
