If you only have one cutting board and you use it for both meat and vegetables, then, you are putting yourself and your loved ones at the risk of developing some scary illnesses. Now, it’s time to ditch the cutting board you have away and buy another two new ones.
Don’t forget to color code them and avoid putting them in the dishwasher machine because water and the heat will only make it easier for nasty bacteria to grow including salmonella.
