Canned food is for lazy people who take their health and well-being for granted. Let’s face it! It’s true that canned food is super cheap and can be easily prepared but it is definitely not healthy and provide your body with no valuable nutrients.
A recent study exposes that those who consume canned food, especially, pasta and soups on a daily basis are more likely to be exposed to BPA chemical. The latter is often used in the lining of cans to preserve the food and extend its life expectancy.
In addition, this harmful chemical is found to imitate the effect of estrogen and lead to debilitating health problems and complications.
Fortunately, canned fish, meat, and beverages are found to contain very small BPA concentrations but still, it’s wise to check for rusted edges, dented, or swilling before you consume!
