This depends on what you’ve been buried in, but chances are you haven’t been buried with any useful item. Yet, you’d still want to have a feel around anyway to see if you can find something.

Buried with your clothes on? Use the buckle of your belt or anything you can find in your pockets or shoes. Any small tool can be truly helpful so underestimate anything.

And if for some rare reason, you’ve been buried with your phone, get calling right away. If there’s no signal, remember that any nearby cell tower can pick up emergency numbers.
