Many people are not quite fans of jogging or running, here is a more fun activity: Vibro gymnastics.

Vibro-gymnastics are a spate of very simple exercises and movements which consist of doing the following :

First, it will contribute to getting your scapular, or shoulder blade, placed in its proper position, preserve the healthy position of your shoulder, strengthen your back muscles and render your chest open.

Excited to kick off? Here are the mere movements you are supposed to be performing :

Maintain your upright position in the doorway and at the level of your own waist, grab the two sides of the doorway, then lean a bit forward. Stay put in this position for 10 to 20 seconds. what you need to make sure of is having the back muscles active in this exercise, and the scapular tight.

Bear in mind that you are supposed to keep your shoulders away from your ears. Such an exercise can be done for multiple times per day, but with raising your holding-position time. The thing is that pulling your arms higher will put more muscles on duty.

Of course, if you feel any back pain or anything else, you may alter the posture. If you are not comfortable in this posture, you may do things differently by putting your hands on the sides of the doorway, step forward, lean forward, then hold your position for a while.

You can do this either in the evening or morning while going or getting back from the bathroom.
