Ernestine Shepherd is a great 80-year-old woman who is in fiercely great shape. As the world’s oldest competitive female bodybuilder, Shepherd wasn’t always a perfectly-toned fitness addict. Actually, she began working out when she was 56 years old.
She starts her fitness routine at 2:30 a.m., walks ten miles to the gym, trains for multiple hours, and then leads fitness classes. Shepherd has 5-6 small meals per day and drinks eight ounces of raw egg whites to increase her protein intake.
