The organs that are responsible for the urine are the kidneys. They manage to create it from the unneeded water in your bloodstream and by filtering the waste. If you kept your bladder filled for too long, the urine may travel back up the tubes that are connecting your kidneys with the bladder. As a result, you may have some serious infections and kidney damage.
According to Alex Shteynshlyuger, a New York Urologist, the elastic tissue gets damaged because of long hours of holding too tight to the pee, so your body starts to repair it by scar tissue, and that will damage your kidney down the road.
