Move your muscles a little more often

One of the main factors that cause back pain is our posture. According to Dr. Eric Robertson, University of Southern California, hunching over something will definitely cause back pain. However, hunching from time to time is totally okay, but staying in that position for a long time is what causes the issue.

Here is a small example: imagine after 8 hours of sleep, you wake up and discover that you didn’t move your head at all throughout the night. You will find it extremely hard to turn your head left or right throughout during the day.

Remember to move your muscles and joints every now and then, especially if you have a desk job.
