Migraines affect your sleep quality as well. The pain will not even allow you to fall asleep, unfortunately! That is an especially dismal situation to find yourself in.
Moreover, even if you were able to fall asleep, chronic migraines have been shown to affect your body’s ability to transition between different stages of sleep, which will not allow you to sleep correctly. No sleep, in turn, means more headaches.
