Sheets can be an ideal ground for germs to grow and thrive due to their warmth and contact with human sweat. You should never wait more than 2 weeks before changing your sheets and it’s best if you change them on a weekly basis.

To protect your health, don’t launder only bed sheets but also pillowcases and towels. Make sure to use hot water and let them sun-dry if possible. If not, use the antibacterial cycle or the hottest dryer temperature to kill bacteria.
