This sleeping position needs to be changed as it might cause you serious health complications in the long term. The fetal position is sleeping with your knees folded up during all the 8 hours which is not healthy for your joints. This might even lead you to experience constant and severe pains, especially if you are already suffering from arthritis or back issues.

Another important reason why you need to stop sleeping in such position is that it can also lead to breathing difficulties during sleep and even prevents the deep breathing, which may deprive you of having a good and smooth night sleep.

Cosmetically speaking, this sleeping position is not good for the quality of your skin nor it is good for the physical appearance of your boobies. It increases the risks of getting early wrinkles and cause your breasts to head south and become all slaggy and loose!
