Cramping

No one wants to be in the middle of something important and have those seizures of cramping. It sounds like a simple condition yet totally painful and annoying. The causes may vary, but the main factor could be sometimes multiple sclerosis.

But the real cause is dehydration. Everybody knows how much our bodies need water for its significant impact on them. Cramping happens because we disregard the importance of water.
