Your gums are a very important part of your mouth and if they are healthy, your teeth will be healthy too and vice versa.In fact, bad and weak gums can lead to some painful dental issues such as periodontitis. The latter cause your gums to bleed, become inflamed, soft, and weak, which in return lead you to even a serious issue which is tooth loss!

However, should you not worry as there are some effective ways that can help you strengthen your gums and make them healthier. For instance, you can gently massage them with circular movements using your fingers or toothbrush or you can eat solid foods and chew them thoroughly.

Also, don’t forget to rinse your mouth with a decoction of oak bark, sage teas, or a salt solution! If all these tips didn’t work, then, you probably need to see a dental hygienist and he will prescribe the right treatment you need.
