Sometimes people go a whole day without experiencing any symptoms, but as soon as their head hits the pillow, they suddenly appear to rob you of your sleep. Bed allergies are a real thing, and they happen because dust mites really enjoy chilling in your bed.

To avoid this, do what your mother always told you not to do, and turn down the covers, don’t make your bed. The moisture will evaporate and this will make the mites appreciate your bed a little less.

Also, it’s common sense to change your sheets frequently. If you still experience allergy symptoms, try to get yourself an allergy bed cover or just allergy-proof bedding in general.
