Olive oil is one of the best oils out there. It can combat free radicals that damage your skin and help skin cells’ regeneration thanks to the power of vitamins A and E.
To prevent or reduce wrinkles, you can either massage your skin directly with olive oil or make the following mixture:
– Mix a few drops of olive oil with a few drops of honey and glycerin.
– Massage your skin using this mixture. Repeat twice per day.
Besides olive oil, there are also other oils that can help you reduce and prevent wrinkles, such as Vitamin E oil, almond oil, emu oil, and coconut oil.
