You know it’s time to minimize or even completely avoid drinking alcohol when your friends, relatives, or co-workers have been trying to let you know that they’re worried about you. The very first thing you need to do is to recognize and admit that you’re drinking too much, then, you should establish solid limits and realistic goals to overcome this problem.
You may even ask your partner or friend for help if you cannot do it alone. However, if you’re not comfortable with asking others for some help, then it’s also a big sign that you’re a binge drinker.
