Research found out that having grip strength can be among the heart disease symptoms that you need to be aware of. In fact, having grip strength was found to exceed systolic blood pressure as a predictor of death by heart problems.

What is really shocking about this is that a study found out that the rate at which you decrease in grip strength, can affect the risk of dying from heart issues.

For instance, an 11-pound decrease can lead to a 17% increase of dying from a heart attack, 9 % risk of having a stroke, and 7 % of having a heart attack.
