No need to remind you how good and beneficial are regular exercises for your mental and physical health. So, skipping the gym and spending more time in front of your computer screen or TV could be wreaking havoc with your everyday health and causing you weight gain!

Well, that’s not everything as a research from Michigan State University suggest that there is an undeniable link between belly fat and an increased risk of cancer.

The latter suggestion was supported by a theory which in return suggest that certain proteins in the fat can possibly cause the non-cancerous cells to become cancerous.
