Speaking about my personal experience as a mother who tried to reduce body fat after pregnancy makes me so proud of who I am and of how strong is my determination.

I’m not gonna lie to you and say it’s easy but I’m not going to disappoint you and say it’s impossible because it is possible and it is within your ability and capability to reach that weight you are dreaming to achieve.

However, the first thing you need to be sure of is whether you are ready or not to take this challenge and go back to your formal state. Therefore, physical power and ability to endure all that it takes to be slimmer and attractive woman again is a very important step in the process of losing weight after pregnancy.

So, I recommend that you postpone the whole process until after your six- or eight-week medical check-up to start undertaking any dieting changes.
