Marketers just keep amazing us with new money-making ideas that almost always wreck our health. Raisins on their own are very healthy, with an interesting nutritional value. But that’s not the case anymore once you coat them with milk chocolate and stuff them with added sugar.

Don’t let the words on the package fool you, they actually still contain 5 g of saturated fat, also, they’re not natural anymore so it’s highly doubtful that they still have some of the natural fruit antioxidants at all. Why buy fake raisins when you can have real, natural, and healthy ones?

The popular M&Ms are full of colors, literally! These little guys contain too many dangerous “colors” (artificial additives) Blue 2, Yellow 6 Lake, Blue 2 Lake, Red 40 Lake, Blue 1, Yellow 5, Red 40, Yellow 6, Blue 1 Lake, in addition to artificial flavors and GMOs from soy and sugar.
They may not melt on your hands, but they’re just not worth the health risks.

    I eat insanely healthy, but when it comes to these once in a while goodies that my family loves I really don’t care if they are made with ground goat testicles lol

  2. None of them should be around home. Those are sugar deposits. Try to stay away from any of those candies
