Is life better the milky way? Probably! But your health won’t be any better. The sugar content in this candy bar can be described as ‘out-worldly!’ I wonder what the manufacturers were thinking while stuffing that much sugar in one bar!

One serving of a Milky Way bar contains 21 g of sugar, in addition to hydrogenated palm kernel oil, which damages human hearts, the climate, and also puts the poor orangutan species’ survival at risk. Not only that, the nougat and caramel are likely to stick to your pearly teeth and result in cavities.

Who didn’t have one or two of this biscuit-containing chocolate bar? But that that I know what’s hiding behind the great taste and successful marketing, I would say ‘probably two for you, but none for me, thanks!’ Seriously, the good taste isn’t worth the health damage.

The fun size (which actually isn’t fun at all) packs 17 g of sugar, making two so much worse than one. Other not-good-for-you ingredients include soy lecithin, corn syrup, and artificial flavors. Adding palm oil to the mix is just cruel and selfish, as the latter is causing animal extinction, deforestation, climate change, and also making you less healthy.

I eat insanely healthy, but when it comes to these once in a while goodies that my family loves I really don’t care if they are made with ground goat testicles lol

  2. None of them should be around home. Those are sugar deposits. Try to stay away from any of those candies

  3. Thank you for your edition about the 21g of sugar in candies. I stopped buying them for awhile now.
