Kit Kat has so many fans all around the world, we can even all agree about how yummy this chocolate candy bar can be. BUT (I bet you’ve seen this one coming) just looking at the ingredient list can make you sick.

Kit Kat bars contain soy lecithin, sugar, and palm kernel oil, and these are only a few of the harmful ingredients found in this candy. In fact, every typical bar consists of 7 g of saturated fat and a whopping 21 g of sugar. Gimme a break, just without breaking any pieces of that Kit Kat Bar.

    I eat insanely healthy, but when it comes to these once in a while goodies that my family loves I really don’t care if they are made with ground goat testicles lol

  2. None of them should be around home. Those are sugar deposits. Try to stay away from any of those candies
