The little malted milk balls are not only covered with an artificially flavored chocolate coating but also contain hydrogenated palm kernel oil, corn syrup, and loads of sugar.

In fact, 18 little balls (equal to 1 serving) will feed your body 24 g of sugar and 7 g of saturated fat! And of course, the more you have, the more harm you end up causing to your body.

#4 – Starburst

This fruit-flavored box-shaped soft taffy candy might be suitable for people following a gluten-free diet, but little Starbursts aren’t harmless. In fact, the component that male these tiny fruity boxes deliciously juicy are quite dangerous for your health.

The top 3 ingredients listed on this candy are sugar, corn syrup, and apple juice (which can also be a synonym of ‘So. Much. Sugar.’) Moreover, just nine pieces include a total of 22 g of sugar.

I eat insanely healthy, but when it comes to these once in a while goodies that my family loves I really don’t care if they are made with ground goat testicles lol

  2. None of them should be around home. Those are sugar deposits. Try to stay away from any of those candies

  3. Thank you for your edition about the 21g of sugar in candies. I stopped buying them for awhile now.
