– Gently massage the problematic area using your fingertips for about 3 minutes. Don’t massage the upper lid to avoid putting extra pressure on the eyeball.

– Apply eye cream after the massage.

Next, the exercises:

– Shut your eyes and fix the skin on your eyes’ outer corners using your index fingers. This will help you prevent wrinkles.
