#1 – Green tea
Studies have shown that green tea has antioxidant, disinfectant and anti-inflammatory properties that can serve as an excellent remedy for bad breath and your overall oral hygiene.
You can use green tea as an alternative mouthwash to rinse off bacteria and freshen up your mouth throughout the day.
Brew a small cup of green tea, let it cool down and use it as a gargle. Or, prepare green mint tea, pour it in a bottle and sip on it while at work to avoid any emergencies!
