Like we like to say, we saved the best for last. Yes, you can eat chocolate to help you sleep better and faster. You can write this on the pro side when deciding if you should eat chocolate or not. But it MUST be dark chocolate because this is the one that contains serotonin, a molecule, a monoamine neurotransmitter that your brain releases to make your body feel more relaxed. I know that dark chocolate has many more benefits than this one, but let’s just focus on eating a square or two and have a very good night’s sleep. Now that you know some food that will help you get a good night’s sleep, it’s up to you to pick one that will take part in your bedtime routine. Just remember that you shouldn’t eat all of them at once, or you’ll have such a full stomach that you won’t be able to fall asleep.
