Say bye-bye to all those toxic antiperspirants and make your own! In fact, you don’t really have to make it but you just need to grab a baking soda and apply it to your slightly moist skin and don’t forget to shake off the excess.

As for the long, busy days, you can make a homemade ‘’isotonic’’ that shall help you sweat less. All you need is :

2 Tbsp of baking soda

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of sugar

1 liter of water

Once you have all these ingredients mix them all together and then drink 1 cup every morning. However, if you find it hard to drink it in one go, you can still drink it in small amounts during the day!

5 spoons of ground bark

1 liter of water

Add the bark to water and let it simmer for about half an hour. Then, infuse it for two hours and then strain!
