Processed foods like cereals, bread, salad dressings, and snack foods, consist of a variety of ingredients, including lactose and fructose. This mixture can cause you very high gas levels.

Remember to watch out for lurking ingredients commonly found in processed foods, including pasteurized milk, peanuts, gluten, soy, and wheat, all of which are well-known allergenic foods.

Keep in mind that flatulence can be an alarming sign that something is out of balance in your body, and you should better try to examine the causes.
