Most of us understand the things that could put us at risk of developing not only cancer, but many fatal diseases, but do you know that some of our usual daily habits are putting us at that risk, too?
According to the Skin Cancer Foundation, by the time Americans will hit 70, about 20% of them will be diagnosed with skin cancer. That number is not too little to be taken for granted. We are all basically at risk of developing this ugly disease whether it was melanoma (very bad) or non-melanoma (bad).
Yes, none of us want it, and we may all be trying our best avoiding the harmful things like sitting in the sun unprotected for hours or smoking daily. But that doesn’t really decrease your odds for developing it. Are you interested to know what really could put us at risk?
