Use your non-dominant hand

If you use your right hand for everything, then you are aware of the difficulties to use the left one. However, this exercise doesn’t make you depend on it all the time, but only from once in a while to write, eat or pick up things. With practice, it will not be as difficult as it is now.

The reason is to activate your brain’s non-active side, which will help to fasten the expansion of the cortex’s parts. The latter is responsible for processing the touchable information from your hand.

Close your eyes while doing some chores

Since we have been doing some chores for over a decade now, we are technically able to do them with our eyes closed. So why not try doing them with closed eyes?

For example, you can close them while walking up the stairs, while going from one room to another or while washing your hair during your daily showers. Most of these tasks are done inattentively, which is why your brain will be able to do them perfectly with a little extra effort that we call: exercise!
