Prostate cancer

The 2nd leading cause of cancer in men and 3rd most common overall is prostate cancer. Basically, there are three types: the easily treatable one, the slow-growing one, and the aggressive one.
The slow-growing one doesn’t have to be fatal or even dangerous, while the aggressive one can’t always be detected early, which makes the survival rate 28%.
To stay clear from it, you need to stay away from anything that causes it, which is why you need to exercise, lose weight, follow a low-fat diet, and add more veggies and fruits to your daily meals. It is all about what you feed your body and what is going to go through your prostate afterward!
