Pain is something to expect when you have iron poisoning. Your knuckles, knees, and muscles will become stiff and painful which adds to the fatigue that you may be experiencing due to the same reason.
Too much iron disturbs the balance between bone resorption and bone formation causing an increase in bone resorption and decrease in bone formation. This weakens your bones and leads to bone loss.
If you leave iron poisoning untreated, you put yourself at risk of developing arthritis which can damage the joints of your body.
