If you tend to fall sick quite often, then, it is time to stop blaming the cold weather and look for the main reason instead! In fact, frequent cold can be a sign of an overstressed body that really need to rest.
As it has been mentioned before, stress can be responsible for the increase of the cortisol hormone, which supposed to fight inflammation.
However, if you tend to experience chronic stress, your body will become less sensitive to this hormones and eventually will experience more serious inflammations. This way, the body becomes more prone to frequently catching the cold.
A piece of advice, spend some time alone and think about what makes you this stressed and depressed and eliminate it from your life! Your health is surely much more important!
