Fatigue, lack of energy, and increasing stress can be caused by many factors and the one factor that is often overlooked is the lack of vegetables in your diet.
If you don’t eat enough beans, leafy greens, and peas, etc., it means that you don’t get enough folate, vitamin B, and omega-3 fatty acids that are essential to fighting fatigue and giving your body energy.
Try eating more lima beans, kidney beans, and starchy vegetables like peas, corn, potatoes, and lentils, otherwise, you may risk getting anemia—if you don’t already suffer from it.
