Many people are addicted to soda, they drink it on a daily basis, enjoy its sugary taste, and help their esophagus to transport the fast food down to their stomach. It is true, they do taste good, but do they make you feel good?
Maybe, but only temporary!
The benefits of soda are barely noticeable but its disadvantages are way worse than you could ever imagine. In fact, you should learn how to stop drinking soda before you become a coke addict (funny this term refers to both cocaine and soft drinks!) or you will start noticing dangerous things happening to your entire body.
We should be more aware of our health state and consider the things we put in our bodies because let’s face it, we are not getting any younger and our bodies will not be strong enough to handle all this junk anymore.
