Orange juice is one of the drinks that we have all grew up knowing that it is an essential beverage to have every now and then for good health and better mood, but when we really think of it, we technically don’t know anything else besides it is rich on vitamin C!
Oranges are obviously one of the greatest fruits that we need to consume on a daily basis, whether in its full form or as a juice. They are also known for their great taste and what a great addition they are to other smoothies and vegetables –Carrots and orange juice, everyone?
