#1 – Snickers
While the commercial ads say that this chocolate bar is the perfect food option to handle your hunger and stay focused, the reality, as well as the ingredient list, says a totally different thing.
Snickers should be neither your food of choice nor your Halloween-handout choice.
Actually, the fun-size chocolate candy bar is apparently not fun at all, with a whopping 17 of sugar in addition to trans fats. Just leave this bar behind and go have some real food when you’re hungry.

#2 – Skittles
Skittles is promising you to taste the rainbow, but what you actually taste is the rainbow of 9 different artificial colors along with sugar and some unhealthy fats.
The 9 different artificial colors found in Skittles are Blue 1, Yellow 5, Red 40, Yellow 6, Blue 1 Lake, Blue 2 Lake, Yellow 5 Lake, Yellow 6 Lake, and Red 40 Lake.
What you need to know (and tell your kids) is that all that is artificial is certainly health-wrecking and should be avoided at all costs.
I eat insanely healthy, but when it comes to these once in a while goodies that my family loves I really don’t care if they are made with ground goat testicles lol
None of them should be around home. Those are sugar deposits. Try to stay away from any of those candies
Thank you for your edition about the 21g of sugar in candies. I stopped buying them for awhile now.
