The latter is a professor of Kinesiology At McMaster University in Canada who claims that busy people who rarely find time to workout can actually benefit from one-minute workouts such as running, climbing stairs, and rowing.

In fact, he also explains saying that being able to exercise at a very intense pace and at a very high relative effort can be really useful to one’s body despite the small dose of exercise.

According to the same research, yogis who practiced faster yoga moves are found to have burned 100% more calories than the slower ones and also used their muscles more when practicing faster sun salutations, reported the Yoga Journal!
