One of the wrongest theories out there is to work out before sleep in order to be exhausted by the time you get to your bedroom expecting to fall asleep immediately. Well, your body doesn’t understand that because the exercise stimulates your nervous system, which means there will be no sleep, not anytime soon anyway. The solution is to work out at least 3 hours before bed.
