There are some people who like their room to be boiling hot in order to feel comfortable and fall asleep, but medically, the perfect temperature for a good sleep is between 60-75°F (15-23°C). In winter, try not to increase the house temperature very high, or else, just cover up with a light blanket, and during summer, just sleep naked in a cool temperature. It is healthy anyway.
