Starfish sleeping position, as the name suggests, the sleeper forms the shape of a starfish when lying in bed. It is the least common in all of the recent research. If you prefer this position, then you take great joy in listening to others and helping them out.

As much as you like to be there for people you hate showing off and being at the center of attention. Although this sleeping position prevents wrinkles because your face is not pushed into your pillow, you may suffer from low back pain. Try using a pillow underneath both your lower back and knees.

If your sleep position resembles that of a Heron, it is said that you have crazy mood swings and, therefore, people around you can’t predict your next move. You love to have fun and have an adventurous spirit, you don’t fear the unknown.

Yet, stability has a special meaning for you; you want to go back to your quiet and safe nest. Even though you like the unknown, making a decision is not a piece of cake for you. You don’t act on impulse; you think things over before deciding on going anywhere.
