Dutch researchers have found that individuals who usually drink an only ½ shot of alcohol consumed 20% more food than those who quit drinking. This means only ½ drink (which is an equivalent of ½ shot, a 2.5-ounce glass of wine, or 6-ounce beer, can make you hungrier and eventually make you eat more. Click on Next to read on.
