The most obvious sign that indicates that your body is dehydrated and in need for more water is a dry mouth. Hence, once you notice something like this, don’t hesitate to grab that bottle of water!
Some people might even opt for soft drinks and fruit juices, which is not really recommended. It’s true that these drinks contain water but they also contain sugar additives and they are definitely not as hydrating as water.
However, if you can’t stand drinking plain water, consider jazzing up water with some fruits in it!
