The more we grow up, the more we have difficulties falling asleep, and according to statistics, over 26% people suffer from this issue permanently while 73% keep having it on a daily basis. However, the reasons for poor sleep are not necessarily related to health problems, they are just the consequences of our bad habits.
There are many things that we are completely used to and we believe that they are normal, but the truth hits hard when we know they are the reason that keeps us from having a good night sleep and now it is time to give them up. After all, we don’t want this to lead us to suffer from insomnia.
