Do you often feel like something is grabbing and squeezing your lungs so that all you get is leftover air?! That’s called shortness of breath.
This respiratory problem is caused by lung conditions such as asthma and bronchitis, enlarged heart, heart failure, interstitial lung disease which is defined by the scarring (fibrosis) of the lungs, allergic reactions to bee stings, pollen, allergen, smoke, chemical fumes, etc.
Recommendation: If you often find yourself struggling to breathe, move to a ventilated room, relax your posture, breathe in slowly through your nose, purse your lips as if you’re about to whistle and breathe out slowly. Try not to freak out or stiffen your body since it will only make the situation worse.
Contact your doctor if you have trouble breathing often.
