This is a great exercise for future moms who want to tone their thigh muscles:
– Lay on your side in a straight line. (If your body isn’t stable, bring the leg you are laying on forward)
– Use one arm to support your head while bringing the other one forward to stay balanced.
– Slowly lift your upper leg as high as possible and as long as you’re feeling comfortable.
– Repeat for the other side.
