Execution: Again, this one is very simple and you just need to carefully follow the instructions to do the exercise correctly! The first step you should make is to take a sitting position where your back is flat and straight. Right after, you can move to the next step and which requires bending your head to the left.
Here, try to use your left hand to make it easier for you! For better stretching, try to reach your shoulders and then touch them with your ear! Don’t hesitate to repeat the same exercise with the other direction!
