Execution: To perform this simple yet healthy stretching exercise correctly and effectively, you just need to stand in a straight position, place both of your hands on your hips as you can see in the picture, and then start to slowly and carefully bend your head backward.
To increase the intensity of the exercise, don’t hesitate to place both your hands on your forehead, and then pull down. You will definitely feel your muscles stretching!
